What is your return policy?
All purchases can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
Will you purchase my charms?
We purchase 14K solid gold charms that are in “like new” condition at the current wholesale market price and would be happy to make an offer to anyone interested.
Do you only sell solid 14K gold charms?
To make the guarantees that we do, it is important that we only deal in the finest quality charms. Gold plated charms often fade or wear down the gold plating.
